02Is payment made through this website?
No — this website is for information only. All bookings and payments are arranged directly through WhatsApp. We typically ask for a small deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance paid on the day of the tour.
03Are all tours private?
Yes, all of our tours are 100% private. You will not be joined by other tourists or strangers. The tour is exclusively for you and your group, which means full flexibility on pace, stops, and timing.
04Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. Our itineraries are fully flexible. Before your tour, let us know if you want to add, remove, or swap any destination. We can also build a completely custom itinerary based on your interests.
05Do tour prices include entrance tickets?
The base tour price includes the driver, vehicle, and fuel. Entrance tickets and parking fees are paid separately on the day, as they vary by destination and group size. We always tell you the estimated fees in advance so there are no surprises.
06Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes, we provide professional airport transfer services to and from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We can also arrange transfers between your hotel and any location in Bali.
07Do you have English-speaking guides?
Yes, all of our guides speak English fluently and are trained to provide in-depth cultural and historical information throughout the tour. We also occasionally offer guides who speak additional languages — ask us when booking.
08What is the cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before the tour start time for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit. We handle each case with flexibility and understanding.
09Are children welcome on tours?
Yes, absolutely! Bali is a wonderful destination for families. We have comfortable vehicles with enough space, and our guides are experienced with family tours. Some destinations may have physical limitations for very young children — ask us when booking and we'll suggest the best options.
10Which areas do you service for hotel pickup?
We pick up from all major hotel and villa areas in Bali, including Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Denpasar, and more. If your area isn't listed, just ask — we likely cover it.
